Position: Reset Specialist

Company Overview:

Summary:
Reporting to the Reset Manager, the Reset Specialist is pivotal in optimizing product placement within member stores. This role involves collaboration with the Procurement and Marketing teams to develop effective planograms aimed at maximizing product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement grocery resets according to company guidelines, ensuring clear communication of objectives with customers.
Maintain up-to-date product tags across all stores.
Address out-of-stock issues proactively and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Utilize market insights to propose solutions enhancing company margins and customer satisfaction.
Promote and support company-sponsored promotional activities, ensuring exemplary customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in product merchandising.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication abilities.
Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a clean driving record.
Demonstrated people skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must possess a clean driving record, as driving and occasional travel are part of the job requirements.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; required driving and occasional travel.
Capability to occasionally lift items weighing 50 lbs or more.
