As the Office Coordinator, you are mission control for BLAZE, acting as the face and voice of our Santa Monica office and running reception flawlessly.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, transferring calls and greeting guests with grace and confidence, setting up for and cleaning up after meetings and conference calls, sorting mail, assembling and shipping out client product, filing, monitoring and ordering office supplies, data entry, coordinating courier pickups, entering hours and expense reports for the executive team, assisting with the company internship program, running errands and being available to pitch in on projects throughout each day while utilizing BLAZE's internal communication and project management systems. This position is full time and non-exempt.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Communications or PR related field. 
Experience: You have worked in a professional office for at least two years, in a reception role or similar supporting capacity. Experience at a PR or Marketing agency is preferred.

Must Haves
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, PR or Communications degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional office, preferably at a PR or Marketing Agency  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both formally and informally
  • A strong work ethic coupled with the ability to play well with others and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment

Other Requirements:
This position is full time and non-exempt. Consistent and reliable onsite attendance is required, as well as a valid driver’s license, clean driving and criminal record. Our interview process requires company assessments following an initial interview, as well as background and reference checks, and additional interviews with members of our team that this position will support on a daily basis.  

COMPENSATION: $35,000 base compensation to start
