The candidate will be supporting a team with every aspect of the Software Development Life Cycle and should have a strong understanding of application development and systems architecture. Responsibilities include quality assurance and compliance, scripting, domain knowledge and ability to communicate with customers regarding system functionality from a technical and non-technical point of view.
Skill Requirements include:

Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness.

Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards

Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.

Comfortable in a team environment

Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures

Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements

Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines

Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Windows operating systems (Linux would be desired as well)

Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms

AWS Foundational Level Certification (nice to have)

Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines

Salary range: 155-175K
