Responsibilities of Building/Grounds Maintenance Technician

Grounds maintenance of the Omaha market including mowing and lawn upkeep & snow removal
Minor painting, changing light bulbs, and upkeep of equipment
Training on minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
Communicating with outside vendors as needed

Here are our non-negotiables:

Typical working schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds, squat, kneel, and bend
You must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
Attention to detail and positive can do attitude
Self-accountable and Integrity
