Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9:00am-6:00pm

Belmar Integrated Logistics is growing and looking for a motivated Bilingual Sourcing Agent to join our recruiting team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with weekly bonus opportunities based on successful hires.
 

• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Fill high-volume roles (warehouse, forklift, production, general labor)
• Schedule interviews and assist walk-in applicants
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Support hiring events and job fairs
• Partner with clients to meet staffing needs efficiently

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Staffing & Recruiting experience required
• Experience with warehouse/light industrial hiring is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
