Production Pay: $700–$1,000+ Weekly

Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday
- Sunday + One Weekday Off
- Shift: 4:00 AM – Finish (Approx. 12:30 PM)
Position Overview
Join a fast-paced warehouse team unloading inbound freight for a leading food distribution facility. We're looking for dependable, hardworking associates who enjoy physical work and are motivated by production-based earnings.
What You'll Do
- Operate an Electric Rider Pallet Jack & Dock Stocker/Stand-up forklift
- Unload trailers quickly and safely
- Sort and palletize freight
- Read and follow breakdown sheets
- Verify product labels and pallet accuracy
- Report damaged or missing products
- Meet daily production goals
- Assist in cooler and dry warehouse areas as needed
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse unloading experience
- Experience operating an Electric Rider Pallet Jack
- Experience operating a Dock Stocker/Stand-Up Forklift
- Previous trailer unloading experience required
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and cold warehouse environments
- Ability to read and understand basic English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Lift 20–60 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
- Push and pull loaded pallets
- Work in a physically demanding environment
- Maintain a fast and consistent work pace
