Manufacturing Engineer 2 (Mechanical)

You will be working in the Operations team, supporting our Audio and Airborne Electronics products.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Work directly with the floor to elicit and implement improvement ideas
  • New Product Introduction
  • Contract renewals
  • NCR & RMA workflows
  • New equipment proposals and research
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and operations to resolve issues and move the business forward

And you will have
  • B S. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-7 years’ manufacturing experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a highly regulated industry, medical or aerospace
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement
  • At least 2 years' experience in a machine shop environment
  • Experience working with customers preferred
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP and PLM systems

The salary range for this role is $80k - $100k, depending on experience.
