Reports to: vp, digital/strategy

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting competitive market analysis and research to develop site strategies and user personas
  • Document functional requirements,  create customer journey maps and conduct content audits to inform the information architecture
  • Collaborate with internal team members to define the content strategy, create and maintain the content matrix to ensure the content solutions support the client's business objectives
  • Collect, organize and prepare content, includes proofreading, editing, some writing and optimization of graphics
  • Load content and assist in quality assurance testing
  • Assist with project management tasks:
  • Gather team member inputs to create proposals, statements of work, timelines and schedules.
  • Ensure all projects proceed according to plan monitoring budgets and deadlines, anticipating problems before they occur.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Embrace the firm’s culture and contribute to a fun, supportive, productive and energetic workplace, including representing the firm at various community and professional events and targeting specific industry-related prospects
  • Work diligently and ethically toward the achievement of the firm’s mission and guiding principles
  • Complete timely and accurate timesheets
  • Meet assigned billable goals
  • Abide by and adheres to all employee policies as detailed in the employee manual
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's in Communciations, Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing or technology experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and website development
  • Keen sense of entrepreneurship
