Position Overview:

The Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. We place a huge emphasis on personalizing our guest's experience, so the ability to read and connect with people, and to use your intuition, experience, and knowledge to create unique and engaging experiences is essential.

 

Position Qualifications:

We seek Food & Beverage Professionals who understands it's our staff that makes the difference between a good meal and an incredible experience. We want to create memorable experiences worth repeating with each guest and we need your help to do it! Ideal candidates will have upscale or fine dining restaurant experience, and excellent knowledge of cuisine, wine sales and service, spirits and service etiquette. Applicants should also have work experience in high volume establishments, are comfortable speaking to small and medium sized groups, perform well under pressure, and are looking to advance in the food and beverage/hospitality industry.
