Role Summary
Join our team and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for all technology operations at the resort. With guidance and support from the Regional Director of Technology and Auberge Home Office, you will lead IT budgeting, procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance and support. You will oversee all aspects of the property technology infrastructure managing various technology partners.

- Work with the management team to set a long-term technology plan with measurable goals and objectives.
- Assist department heads with identification and implementation of technology solutions that advance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Identify, set up and install new hardware and software. Maintain all inventory.
- Meet all compliance requirements including PCI, CCPA and emerging CCPR.
- Negotiate and manage all hardware and software purchase and support contracts in partnership with the Regional Director of IT.
- Educate team members on technical concepts, applications and services.
- Maintain resort-wide Local Area Network.
- Manage cybersecurity requirements.
- Provide first-line software and hardware support for all users on all company approved devices.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of technical experience in hospitality or a customer centric field.
- Well organized and able to work independently.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work through problems systematically.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Advanced understanding of Group Policy/Active Directory Management and Windows System Components.
- Comprehensive experience with Google Workspace.
- A+, MCP or equivalent certifications.
