Today, it’s a bucket-list destination for ardent wine lovers, foodies and wellness seekers for its particularly enviable version of the “good life.” Solage was created to reflect its hometown spirit, drawing visitors as well as area vintners who come here after a day in the vineyards to relax over a glass of wine or a craft cocktail and connect.

Role Summary
The HR Coordinator position is focused on a multitude of important duties to support the HR function through the various stages of the employee life cycle.

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Assist with all functions of Human Resources 

  • Prepare for and conduct new hire paperwork and onboarding experiences

  • HRIS tasks

  • Assist with recruitment: career fairs, reference checks, outreach

  • Assist with Team Member events

  • Assist with Team Member Recognition programs

  • Assist in organizing staff training sessions

  • Assist with audits:  I-9s, required certificates, compliance training, DMV, etc.

  • Assist with Employee Relations

  • Safety:  Assist with Safety Committee, Worker’s Compensation and other initiatives

  • Engage with team members in a busy HR office

  • Act as Ambassador to the culture of Solage

  • Administrative tasks: employee files, reports, officer ordering and collateral, etc.

  • Assist with special projects as they arise

  • Other tasks, as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish - Required

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written

  • Comfortable with technology (Google Suite a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills
