Role Summary
The Pool Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. We seek Food & Beverage professionals who understand it's our staff that makes the difference between a good meal and an incredible experience. We want to create memorable experiences worth repeating with each guest and we need your help to do it! Ideal candidates will have upscale or fine dining restaurant experience, and excellent knowledge of cuisine, wine sales and service, spirits and service etiquette. Applicants should also have work experience in high volume establishments, are comfortable speaking to small and medium sized groups, perform well under pressure, and are looking to advance in the food and beverage/hospitality industry.

Core Responsibilities

  • Describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction.

  • Perform duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner. 

  • Operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality services

Required Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Highly detail oriented & excellent listening skills.
  • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
  • Candidates must have a flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
