Role Summary
The In Room Dining Server is responsible for ensuring that all Resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage in-room dining experience possible. 

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Provides exceptional service levels in all interactions with guests, co-workers and management.

  • Accurately input all orders into the point of sale system and communicates any special requests to the kitchen.

  • Delivers all orders within the specified time frame.

  • Calls guests/owners by name and remains professional and competent while setting up the in-room dining presentation according to the brand standards.


Required Qualifications
We seek a candidate who can take beverage and food orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and ordered food to guests' location according to resort specifications, courteously and efficiently. Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays. Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
