A century ago, Calistoga was a town centered around its bubbling natural hot springs and the beautiful weather of the Napa Valley. Today, it’s a bucket-list destination for ardent wine lovers, foodies and wellness seekers for its particularly enviable version of the “good life.” Solage was created to reflect its hometown spirit, drawing visitors as well as area vintners who come here after a day in the vineyards to relax over a glass of wine or a craft cocktail and connect.

Role Summary:
The server assistant is responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service and assisting the Servers in the dining room. Duties include: clearing food & utensils from tables, resetting tables, bread & water service, monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process. Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates should have some relevant work experience in food and beverage or hospitality, with basic knowledge of restaurant operations. You must have a great personality, can-do attitude, willingness to learn and meet the basic qualifications. We will teach you the rest!

Required Qualifications:
High school or equivalent education required.

Positive attitude.

Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays and weekends.

Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
