About Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection
Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection, redefines “fun” in the heart of California wine country with 100 design-focused and environmentally conscious studios, each featuring complimentary cruiser bicycles for guests use and a 130-foot landmark swimming pool. A local favorite and destination for foodies, the resort is home to acclaimed signature restaurant Solbar, which offers a living menu that has no borders and is guided by the seasons. The award-winning Spa Solage offers 20,000 square feet of health and wellness with 14 treatment rooms, Bathhouse, state-of-the-art gym and a Yoga & Movement Studio with complimentary daily fitness classes.
Setup and execution of the various meal periods of the restaurant service, training and execution of standards of the Solage and its departments (pool, in room dining, banquets, lounge, and restaurant outlets), as well as the motivation and mentorship of hourly team members throughout F&B at Solage. Fostering an environment of excellence in food, beverage, & service and ensuring standards are adhered to at all times by all members of the staff, before, throughout and after services and events, while making sure that all guests are inspired and delighted with their experience.
Resolving guest issues, making menu suggestions, delivering food & drinks, describing the dishes to guests, recommending beverage selections, overseeing service staff, monitoring guest satisfaction and maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room. Participate in and support resort and company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of the Planet Auberge program. The lead is the example of the position, and works with those that they lead to make sure they emulate those standards
- High school education or equivalent
- 2 Years fine dining experience in food and beverage
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Candidates much have a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
