TDA_Boulder is a growing creative agency looking for an assistant media planner/buyer to join the expanding media division. We're looking for a smart, hard-working, and motivated self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute creatively to the agency's media insights and identify solutions for clients across the country. .
The Assistant Media Position will support Media Planners in their day-to-day process of all planning and buying efforts for their assigned clients.

  • Aid in development of media recommendations and assist with assimilation of research data, vendor rates and specifications
  • Responsible for 3rd party ad server/tracker systems, including campaign set-up, traffic of creative and the pulling/creation of client performance reports
  • Responsible for account record keeping including client authorizations, insertion orders and tracking reports
  • Assists with data gathering for POVs, using appropriate research tools
  • Work closely with vendor contacts for optimal negotiation
  • Collaborate with finance team members to resolve media billing issues
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal/professional relationships with agency, vendors and clients
  • Represent Agency’s core philosophy
  • Evaluate media opportunities and present media plan/POVs clearly
  • Build and manage flowcharts


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Internship or one year of experience at an agency (ideally in the media department)
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced agency environment and maintain attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge + Skills:

  • Ability to articulate information and opinions with confidence
  • Ability to work with varying degrees of media budgets
  • Personal computer and Mac proficiency required; MS Office preferred
