PLAYERS CLUB JOB DESCRIPTION
HAVASU LANDING CASINO

DEPARTMENT:          PLAYERS CLUB
REPORTS TO:           MARKETING MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must qualify for gaming license
  • Cannot be convicted of a felony
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace (English)
  • Previous Customer Service or Public Relations position (i.e., retail, sales, food service) and data entry
  • Must have a positive outlook and like to work in a team environment
  • Strong computer and social media skills
  • Must be comfortable approaching people, speaking with strangers and able to handle conflict and problem solve calmly and effectively during high conflict situations
  • Requires being on your feet most of the shift; walking, bending, repetitive motions, reaching, sitting, standing, finger dexterity
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Responsible for the highest standard of customer service including greeting customers, establishing a relationship with customers, and enrolling customers in the casino/slots club
  • Must ensure the highest standard of customer service is always maintained, anticipate customer needs and requirements, and promote a congenial environment
  • Use diplomacy, patience and control when dealing with a dissatisfied customer and refer any unresolved disputes to the Shift Manager at the earliest opportunity
  • Assist management in identifying new/regular players
  • Have knowledge of all promotions including both current and pending
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • All duties as assigned

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour (tipped position)
