JANITORIAL / CLEANING SUPERVISOR - 2ND SHIFT
PAY: $16.00-$18.00 -- BASED ON EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) OF JANITORIAL / CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

  • Overseeing cleaners for a specific building(s) or area
  • Verifying the cleanliness of the assigned areas
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address inefficiencies as needed with staff
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and fill in as needed
  • Maintaining and inspecting janitorial equipment, janitor closets, and proper labeling of chemicals
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF JANITORIAL / CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

  • Ability to supervise others 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good client/customer service skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and/or independently as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF JANITORIAL / CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Acceptable Driving Record
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • Some facilities may have COVID vaccine/exemption requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JANITORIAL / CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

  • routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to thirty (30) pounds.
