Reports to: evp/chief strategy officer

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the CEO and Leadership Team in achieving (add)ventures business goals
  • Recruiting culture fit talent – creating plan and pathway to find the creative and strategic talent (add)ventures needs to grow.
  • Onboarding new hires – implement our current onboarding process, and make new recommendations, including brand training, mentoring and strategies to sustain our culture as we continue our growth.
  • Training – creating programs that encourage cross-team training as well as Work-Life Integration initiatives. Review, update, and track professional development goals for team. Develop a culture curriculum, be a curator and thought leadership provider
  • (add)ventures culture guardian – be a steward for the NICE culture, note improvements and how we can maintain culture as business grows.
  • Brand Culturalist / Insights Futurist – keep (add)ventures at the leading edge of how culture and the “human resources function” are transforming in the workplace
  • Embraces the firm’s culture and contributes to a fun, supportive, productive and energetic workplace.
  • Works diligently and ethically toward the achievement of the firm’s mission and guiding principles.
  • Completes timely and accurate time sheets
  • Abides by and adheres to all employee policies as detailed in the employee manual
  • Other duties as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience
