This position operates an multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate person or place. Assists the restaurant, spa, pbx, and other departments with reservations. A high level of customer service and multi-tasking is involved in this position.
Must be able to answer a multi-line phone switch board with a polite disposition. Must be calm, courteous, well groomed, and have excellent customer service skills. Administrative experience preferred.
High school or equivalent education required.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
