This position is responsible for the supervision of Food & Beverage service operations including the Restaurant, Bar, Pool, and In Room Dining. Works cooperatively with all other departments and serves as an active contributor to the catering and banquets management team by ensuring that standards of quality in product and service are maintained along with maximizing profitability. The F&B Manager has the goal to achieve superior customer satisfaction and quality of food and service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional guest service skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team. This position will also have strong beverage, food, and catering knowledge. The Food and Beverage Manager will be primarily evening shifts and will report directly to the Director of Restaurants.
High school or equivalent education required.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
