What you can expect:

• Our crews typically work in 2 person teams. You will begin on a crew with one of our seasoned installers and you will be placed according to your demonstrated skill level (ranging up to Lead Installer).
• We are willing to train the right candidate in any areas needed.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven work experience installing of tubs/showers, toilets, standard glass doors, plant and vinyl tile flooring.
• Plumbing experience associated with new installation of sink fixtures, bath/shower valve assemblies, and drains.
• Familiarity with basic framing, drywall installation techniques, and basic electrical work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to follow plans for demo and new installs.
• Reliable, safe, and clean/respectful in client homes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to commute to East Rochester, NY 14445 (required).
• Driver's license strongly preferred, reliable transportation required

Compensation:

• $22.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience
