This role will focus on our URD (Underground Residential Distribution) business which works to install, maintain, and repair a variety of underground electrical cables, conduit, and gas services in residential neighborhoods.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinating the operations of the project and overseeing workers at the construction site.
- Inspects assigned work sites to ensure work is properly assigned and completed as scheduled.
- Arranges for and provides required tools, equipment, and materials needed by support personnel.
- Facilitates group meetings for coordination of work, safety awareness, and other issues as needed.
- Performs minor repairs and generally assists wherever needed on jobsites.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance on equipment and tools
- Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and equipment
- Employee reports directly to job site on a daily basis
- Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
- Performs general labor work required for construction and maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- NGA Gas Op Quals required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a foreman required
- Experience with all phases of construction including equipment operation, rigging, codes, layout, planning, reading blueprints, occupational hazards and safety.
- Ability to lead and direct others
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required
- CDL-B license a plus, not required
- Have no lifting or physical restrictions
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
- Work outdoors year-round in all types of weather
- Equipment knowledge a plus
Compensation:
- $40.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience, generous prevailing wage work.
