- Installation work
- Service and troubleshooting
- Final measurements prior to ordering materials
This position is ideal for someone with construction, remodeling, or installation experience who wants a role where no two days look the same.
Depending on the project and your experience level, you may be:
- Installing shower, bath, and home improvement products
- Performing service work or repairs on existing installations
- Conducting final measurements before materials are ordered
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions in the field
- Reviewing project details with homeowners
- Documenting completed work with photos and job notes
This role provides variety, independence, and the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple areas of the business.
- NYS Driver’s License required
- Minimum 2 years of bathroom shower & tub installation-related experience
- Cooperative, easy-going personality when dealing with customers
- Ready to learn as well as teach others so that we all improve together
- Positive, safety-focused outlook
- Ability to work 8–9 hour days if needed and overtime on Saturday mornings

Compensation:
- $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
