This role leads social media and marketing campaigns, manages email communications through Constant Contact, and supports strategic business development efforts to expand partnerships and opportunities. The position also coordinates key organizational events, including the Livingston Leadership Summit and Partner Appreciation Night, to strengthen relationships and promote the organization’s services.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Livingston Associates’ services, initiatives, and brand presence
- Manage and maintain the organization’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement including Livingston Associates’ and clients
- Create and distribute marketing communications using Constant Contact, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor marketing analytics and engagement metrics to improve outreach and campaign performance
- Design and maintain marketing materials including presentations, promotional graphics, digital content, and print collateral
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and promote the organization’s services
- Represent Livingston Associates at networking events, industry meetings, and community engagements
- Maintain client databases (constant contact and high-level spreadsheets) to track outreach, engagement, and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new markets and strategic growth opportunities
- Plan, promote, and coordinate key organizational events including the Livingston Leadership Summit and Partner Appreciation Night
- Manage event logistics including marketing, communications, registration, and vendor coordination
- Assist with sponsorship outreach and partner engagement to support successful event participation
- Coordinate additional networking events, workshops, and promotional activities that support brand visibility and client engagement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, business development, or event coordination, ideally in a construction environment
- Experience in technical writing and social media management is highly preferred
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong marketing and business development mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency with the use of Canva, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
