Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

We assist Architects Contractors and Owners by providing budgeting, design assistance, material sourcing/selection assistance and planning/scheduling through the use of our vast resources and established contacts in the industry.

Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee commercial construction projects within our Metal Paneling Division. This role is heavily focused on budget oversight, project scheduling, and overall execution from pre-construction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of paneling and related commercial construction projects
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project budgets; track costs, forecast spending, and proactively address variances
  • Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and internal teams to define project scope, specifications, and execution plans
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors to achieve cost-effective and profitable outcomes
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring timely availability and cost control
  • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
  • Obtain and ensure compliance with all required permits, inspections, and licenses
  • Supervise and provide leadership to project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed project status reports for leadership
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards; identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and professional communication
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff as needed

Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within commercial construction
  • Prior experience with paneling systems or similar systems strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules on complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take full ownership of projects
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with project management and scheduling software required
  • Experience with estimating and estimating software is a strong plus
