As a Counselor Assistant, you will be responsible for providing services that help guide clients to achieving their goals. This role partners with clients, East House staff and external providers to coordinate services. You will play an essential role in coaching and teaching within the scope of the programs service. The Counselor Assistant teaches, provides support and assists in the daily upkeep of the environment, assists clients with follow through with appointments and assists with treatment recommendations.

Requirements 
Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years human services experience.

Additional Requirements

• Valid NYS motor vehicle license with safe driving record and access to a reliable transportation to meet requirements of the position.
