Location: Rochester, NY (on-site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:30a-4:30p
Rate of Pay: $19 - $21/hr. + opportunities for overtime + rapid opportunity for advancement based on experience

Must-Have
This role requires standing, walking, and using hands for assembly tasks. Occasional sitting, stooping, or lifting up to 30 lbs may be required. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to read instructions and follow quality standards.

Receive and process orders accurately.

Assemble kits efficiently and ensure quality standards.

Organize inventory and track materials across locations.

Prepare shipments via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Complete weekly task checklists with the assembly team.
Skills/Requirements
Must-Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive, professional attitude
- Basic organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 5–30 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
Nice-to-Have / Preferred:
- Experience with printing, tinting, or applied graphics
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with digital graphic cutters, SignLab, or AutoCAD
