Livingston Associates has partnered with a local company to support them in their search for their next Service Manager position.

The Service Manager oversees maintenance operations across multiple communities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in team development, problem-solving, and maintaining strong community standards. You’ll support daily operations, guide the service team, and help drive resident satisfaction through well-maintained properties and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to complete tasks safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Monitor daily operations and track performance, providing ongoing feedback.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and service requests across communities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Respond to escalated maintenance issues professionally and promptly.
• Support capital improvement and property upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to maintain consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, service requests, and completed projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, accountable, and independent service team.

Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Facilities Management, Construction, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years overseeing maintenance or service teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Skilled in resolving escalated resident issues and operational challenges.
• Proficiency with work order software and basic computer applications.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary: $90,000–$100,000, based on experience.
