Pay: $30-$35 / hr, depending on experience
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Weswood Specialties focuses on the furnishing & installation of Division 10 items including but not limited to: lockers, toilet partitions & accessories, trash chutes, signage etc.
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and completing field installation activities for assigned Weswood Specialties projects. This role ensures installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. This position works closely with Project Managers, the COO, site supervisors, and the installation team while maintaining strong customer relationships to the benefit of Weswood Specialties, an AAC company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation & Project Execution

Perform and lead the installation of Division 10 products on active jobsites.

Review project scope and develop thorough understanding of all assigned projects.

Coordinate daily activities with the in-house Project Management team and customer’s site supervisor to ensure seamless installation.

Assign and direct tasks to maintain manpower efficiency and ensure installer safety.
Safety Management

Implement the project safety plan in alignment with estimators and project supervisors prior to project start.

Manage onsite safety throughout the duration of each project.

Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator as needed.

Serve as the primary onsite lead for all safety-related requirements.
Compliance Oversight

Communicate all compliance requirements to the project team before work begins.

Enforce compliance standards and documentation throughout project execution.

Coordinate with the Compliance Manager as needed.

Maintain responsibility for compliance on all assigned projects.
Customer & Team Relations

Build and sustain positive relationships with project teams and customers.

Represent Weswood Specialties professionally on all jobsites.

Support customer satisfaction through communication, quality work, and responsiveness.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The working environment is majority in the field on active project sites. May be briefly exposed to fumes or airborne particles or to extreme heat or cold conditions on a daily or weekly basis. May also be exposed to the following conditions frequently as project site conditions vary:
- Potential exposure to chemical hazards
- Work near moving mechanical parts
- Vehicular and heavy equipment traffic
- Work in high, precarious places
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Loud noise level
