Pay: $22-$28 / hour, depending on experience
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Weswood Specialties focuses on the furnishing & installation of Division 10 items including but not limited to: lockers, toilet partitions & accessories, trash chutes, signage etc.
This position will be accountable for all assigned tasks by Project Managers/Supervisor on Weswood Specialties projects. Responsible for maintaining project schedule & budget while staying connected with estimator and Project Manager.
Maintains and fosters project team & customer relationships to the benefit of Weswood Specialties, an AAC company.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The working environment is majority in the office but occasionally in the field on active project sites. May be briefly exposed to fumes or airborne particles or to extreme heat or cold conditions on a daily or weekly basis. May also be exposed to the following conditions frequently as project site conditions vary:

Duties
- Develop intimate knowledge of all assigned project scopes & estimates which includes but is not limited to; analyzing construction documents, and spending time with estimator at project handoff for full understanding of scope & dollars included.
- Most common tasks to be assigned are Architectural submittals, Ordering Materials, and Field Verification.
- Safety: Create safety plan with estimator and project supervisor prior to project start, implement, and manage in field throughout project duration. Stay connected with & utilize as needed, AAC Safety Coordinator throughout duration of project. Responsible for project site safety on all assigned projects.
- Compliance: Communicate compliance related requirements to project team prior to project start, implement, and manage in field throughout project duration. Stay connected with & utilize as needed, AAC Compliance Manager throughout duration of project. Responsible for site compliance on all assigned projects.
- Develop & maintain customer relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
