This HVAC company has over five decades of knowledge and experience in the industry. They are experts in HVAC installation, service, and maintenance for commercial/industrial facilities including, but not limited to, manufacturing, hospitality, food production, office and retail. Specializing in design-build, design-assist, and partnered/financially driven design processes, they provide customers with high efficiency and best value facility mechanical and environmental systems such as precision manufacturing processes, environmental conditioning and geothermal heating/cooling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experienced Technician:
    • Service, and maintenance for commercial/industrial facilities including, but not limited to, manufacturing, hospitality, office, and retail.
    • Service and maintenance of water source heat pumps, indirect and direct forced air systems, RTU’s, hydronic heating systems
    • Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
 
  • Lead Commercial HVAC Technician 
    • Provide administrative support to overall management team.
    • Oversee customer service requests and concerns.
    • Technician assignments. Manage dispatching of service calls and ensure timely response to customer needs.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians
    • Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Develop estimates and track.
    • Create relationships with prime vendors.
    • Maintain accurate service records, documentation create invoicing information.
    • Develop training programs and review technician's needs and requests.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience servicing commercial/Industrial HVAC systems
  • EPA Certifications I & II required
  • OSHA-10 required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean and valid NYS drivers’ license required
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership, motivation, interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation:
  • Minimum 3 years- 5 years of HVAC experience: $32.00-$36.00 per hour 
  • 5 years or more of HVAC experience or lead role experience: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
