Key Responsibilities:
- Experienced Technician:
- Service, and maintenance for commercial/industrial facilities including, but not limited to, manufacturing, hospitality, office, and retail.
- Service and maintenance of water source heat pumps, indirect and direct forced air systems, RTU’s, hydronic heating systems
- Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
- Lead Commercial HVAC Technician
- Provide administrative support to overall management team.
- Oversee customer service requests and concerns.
- Technician assignments. Manage dispatching of service calls and ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians
- Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop estimates and track.
- Create relationships with prime vendors.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation create invoicing information.
- Develop training programs and review technician's needs and requests.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience servicing commercial/Industrial HVAC systems
- EPA Certifications I & II required
- OSHA-10 required
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean and valid NYS drivers’ license required
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership, motivation, interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation:
- Minimum 3 years- 5 years of HVAC experience: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
- 5 years or more of HVAC experience or lead role experience: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
