Palliative Care Operations Manager


Qualification and Education Requirements 
  • Degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or program management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation methods.
  • Experience with EMR software is a plus            
  • Valid Driver's License and car insurance.

Essential Duties
  • Support evaluation of palliative care program processes and procedures tailored to meet patient and family needs
  • Recruit and supervise non-clinical staff, including administrative personnel and support staff.
  • Manage operational policies and procedures for palliative care services.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure integrated care delivery.
  • Collect and analyze data related to program performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders on program outcomes and operational metrics.
  • Utilize data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Timely submission of all documentation.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures.
