Resumen del Puesto / Position Summary
Estamos buscando un(a) Administrador(a) de Ventas y Servicios para apoyar las operaciones internas y externas en ventas y mantenimiento. Este rol combina la gestión administrativa con el control de inventario, documentación y atención al cliente.

We are seeking a Sales & Service Administrator to support internal and external operations in sales and maintenance. This role combines administrative coordination, inventory control, documentation and customer interaction.

Responsabilidades / Responsibilities
  • Crear y dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo en CMMS
    Create and track work orders in CMMS systems
  • Apoyar en facturación, contratos y documentación de servicio
    Assist with invoicing, contracts, and service documentation
  • Coordinar pedidos y control de refacciones
    Coordinate part orders and inventory control
  • Atender consultas de clientes y equipos internos
    Support communication with customers and internal teams
  • Capturar datos en sistemas ERP/EAM
    Input data into ERP/EAM systems
 
Requisitos / Requirements
  • Preparatoria terminada; técnico o TSU deseable
    High school diploma required; technical or associate degree preferred
  • 2–3 años de experiencia en soporte administrativo
    2–3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Conocimiento de Office y sistemas ERP
    Proficient in Office and ERP systems
  • Español e inglés a nivel profesional
    Professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Licencia de conducir mexicana vigente
    Valid Mexican driver’s license
