Overview
Join our dynamic restoration team as a Lead Water Restoration Technician and lead the charge in restoring properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other damages. In this energetic role, you will oversee on-site operations, coordinate restoration projects, and ensure that every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise restoration crew members during fire, water, mold remediation, and general cleanup projects.
  • Prepare an accurate scope of work and estimate for projects
  • Coordinate daily job site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks with quality workmanship.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively to perform restoration duties.
  • Oversee the use of specialized techniques such as carpet cleaning, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation to meet industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to assess damage, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, team members, insurance companies, and project managers to keep everyone informed of progress and any issues that arise.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety procedures followed throughout each project.

Skills

  • Proven experience in the restoration industry with a strong background in fire and water damage restoration. 2 years of experience preferred
  • IICRC Certifications
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and mold remediation.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and the safe operation of hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience with asbestos abatement procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assessing damage and planning repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors.
