AN ESTIMATING / OFFICE MANAGER AT B STREET COLLISION IS UNLIKE A TRADITIONAL BODY SHOP OFFICE MANAGER!

Responsible for all office personnel and Office Processes, Insurance Relations, Customer Service
Train new Estimators on processes and procedures
Hire & Onboard new office staff / Offboard office staff
Partner with Shop Manager to ensure open communication from Office to Shop
No ordering parts! B Street has an individual that processes parts ordering for each location centrally
No writing supplements, B Street has a complete damage assessment department managed separately
Knowledge of Insurance Industry procedures
Knowledge of what to do after a vehicle accident
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once
Fill in for Estimators / CSR’S that are sick or on vacation
Grow into new locations

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
A minimum of 2 years in the auto body, dealership, and/or automotive industry required
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
You must have a valid driver's license
