Church Client Relations Specialists (Burnsville, MN)

Part to full time Church Client Relations Specialists are needed at our home office in Burnsville, MN to help call past and prospective client churches throughout the United States to inquire about their needs for our services, to send information to those who have an interest and follow up with them to check on their progress and to offer any needed advice and assistance. Our Church Relations Specialists also regularly reach out to people of influence who may know about impending church fundraising. They are also responsible for updating and keeping current our contact records. Director of Client Services (Burnsville, MN)

Our Director of Client Services for our firm, is a full time, salaried plus commission position responsible for overseeing all of our firm's sales and client service efforts. Responsibilities include making and following up on sales presentations and hiring, assigning and supervising our Campaign Directors in their client assignments. This involves assisting our directors in the development of their calendars, case statements and final reports in the fundraising feasibility/planning studies they conduct and their calendars and case statements for their capital campaigns. It also involves helping our directors develop campaign themes, goals, charts of giving needed to succeed and a list of giving opportunities for their campaigns.
