The Art Director will be responsible for creating either initial visual concepts or adapting design based on existing brand Visual Identity Systems. The Art Director partners with the Writer to build strategic, well-composed and aesthetically pleasing Creative that meets the client objectives and creative strategy. This role effectively manages all or part of the process from the kick off, through design, revisions and finally to hand off for print production or digital development.
Assistant Account Executive (Dallas, TX)
The Assistant Account Executive serves as liaison between client and internal agency teams (account, creative, digital, production) to ensure flawless execution of project work and delegated projects. This person also manages account finances and client and internal team expectations.
Assistant Controller (Irving, TX)
Primary oversight of basic accounting processes (GL and A/P) and staff. This includes day-to-day supervision of accounting processes, preparing month-end close, and working with senior management to identify and solve process issues. Provide financial and accounting support for client teams and agency. Requires the application of accounting, auditing, and analysis skills to accurately analyze and report on all aspects of agency and client business and financials.
Associate Account Director (Irving, TX)
The Associate Account Director has financial, leadership and managerial responsibility for all assigned accounts and ensures that the agency is well prepared to meet all possible client marketing, timeline and budget needs. The Associate Account Director has overall responsibility for agency output and provides supervision, perspective and leadership in the development of the highest-quality product possible and team dynamic. Chief Financial Officer (Irving, TX)
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for financial management, reporting and analysis, and strategic direction of TPN in conjunction with the CEO and President; works in collaboration with the leadership team to meet growth and profit targets, as well as to support an organizational structure to drive continuous improvement and position TPN for long-term growth, while optimizing near and mid-term profitability. Maintain the highest degree of financial integrity in all aspects of the position, including assuring accounting for transactions and our business, and the reporting of such is, in compliance with FASB requirements and policies. This role also serves as the financial liaison between TPN and Omnicom Commerce Group, the division of Omnicom we are organized under.

The Media Supervisor is responsible for managing large-scale client accounts and is a seasoned media professional with extensive knowledge of the retail media ecosystem and how to work effectively in an agency environment. Relationship building, internally and externally, with proven effective communication and multi-tasking skills are highly desired.

A successful Planning Director candidate at TPN is an experienced miner of insights who understands how people move from being consumers to shoppers and ultimately, influencers of a wide range of CPG categories. The director is a critical strategic leader for the business in which they work on. This candidate has experience in leading a team and propelling the business forward through thought-leadership and strategic guidance. The Planning Director we seek has a solid understanding of analyzing qualitative and quantitative research and is comfortable using syndicated resources such as Gartner Insights, Simmons, IRI, Numerator, etc. There should be a general understanding of retail marketing and channel dynamics.
Importantly, this person has the ability to mine resources for insights that inspire great creative and along with the strategic acumen to develop a marketing initiative or an entire marketing calendar. Mastery of both tactical details and the big picture are needed for success.
