 Tech Impact is a nonprofit leveraging technology to advance social impact through two main pillars.  Our full-spectrum technology services support nonprofits with the expertise, support, and resources they need to use technology to deliver greater impact and help their communities thrive. Our proven workforce development programs deliver highly impactful IT training that foster individual growth, economic mobility, and a more diverse talent pool. We have offices in Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, Washington DC, Las Vegas, NV and Nashville TN and a number of employees working remotely across the United States.

Tech Impact cares about our employees.  We pay 90% of our employees and their dependents’ health care benefits as well as cover their out-of-pocket medical expenses. Team members receive 15 days paid time off in the first year and 10 paid holidays.  In addition, we offer a 401K plan where Tech Impact matches up to 3% of the employee's contribution.
