As 1st Level Customer Support Agent you will be responsible to direct a customer with an incident or inquiry from the very beginning to when the issue is solved and documented. You are responsible for maintaining effective customer relationships with cross-cultural communication and management.
To help solving the problem you will have to analyze the reported issue and consult with engineers, technicians and suppliers, which requires communication skills and the ability of analyzing the incident and evaluating the impact for the customer. Resident Business Manager responsible for the successful delivery and operation of all KNAPP Inc residential service contracts and SLA's, with responsibility to all customers, new and old within the Knapp Inc region, encompassing all aspects of residential service and support solutions.
As a manager of the KNAPP Inc. service and support department effective relations must be established with all members of the subsidiary's customers.

Resident Maintenance Technician (Varennes, QC)

To be a team member providing first class maintenance support to Knapp US & Canada Customers for operation and maintenance of automated material handling systems installed at our customer locations in Canada & the United States. It is expected that the employee will possess proven experience dealing with electro-mechanical faults and preventative maintenance operations as a resident service and support technician. Eager and determined to succeed, though safety-conscious in all activities, with a track record of ownership, accountability and follow- through to successful problem resolution. Required to respond out of normally scheduled hours in an emergency situation. This emergency coverage will be scheduled within the team and is not a permanent requirement. Weekend work is a requirement and will be structured to provide forward planning. This is a Canada based role, including communications with the customer service teams at Knapp US and Knapp AG ,and will be based at our resident site in Varennes, QC.

Software Engineer (OB)

Holder has to ensure that all tasks and job duties are completed. Offering support and guidance to new employees during the early employment period. Detailed preparation of the solution concept selected in the design phase as the basis for the order execution. Development of control engineering solutions based on the requirements of our customers using information technology.

Staff Accountant

The staff accountant will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping, maintaining financial reports, and preparing and analyzing budgets. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and demonstrated knowledge of technical and operational accounting and finance functions are a must.

The primary focus of this position is project analysis. The goal is to determine the accuracy of the project profit analysis and determine over and under billing.
