Director of eCommerce (Tacoma, WA)

As a leader and principal "caretaker" of the brand's legacy, the Director of eCommerce will drive the growth and profitability of the company's revenue stream by planning, directing and setting the strategic direction of the eCommerce team. While overseeing the department's operations, business planning and budget development, the Director will grow and maintain the portfolio of all online platforms to include Amazon and Direct to Consumer Channel (Riteintherain.com B2C & B2B) through the aggressive and persistent sales activities of the staff they manage and motivate. --This position has the ability to be remote.--
