NTE Mobility Partners LLC

The North Tarrant Express was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. With an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of 200,000, this Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County.

NTE  Mobility Partners Segment 3 LLC

The North Tarrant Express 35W project is a 10.2-mile corridor along I-35W in Fort Worth, Texas from downtown to US 287. A Cintra-led team was selected for the design, construction, finance, operations and maintenance of the project. The project consists of reconstructing the general purpose lanes along the corridor, new construction of two express lanes per direction and the implementation of a dynamic pricing toll system. By almost doubling the existing road capacity to an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of 145,000, the project will relieve congestion, improve safety and help prepare for anticipated traffic growth in one of the country’s fastest developing regions. 

LBJ Infrastructure Group LLC

The LBJ Express is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. With an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of 270,000, it is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, and operation and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. Since opening in September 2015, approximately three months ahead of schedule, the general highway lanes are realizing a 60% decrease in congestion time and a 10% increase in average speed.

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is financing, developing, designing, constructing, operating and maintaining the 26-mile I-77 Express project as part of a public-private partnership with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The tolled express lanes run adjacent to the general purpose lanes on I-77 between uptown Charlotte and Mooresville. I-77 Mobility Partners is responsible for operations and maintenance of all lanes, both express and general purpose, and right of way within the designated project corridor limits.

I-66 Express Mobility Partners LLC

In 2016, the Commonwealth of Virginia selected a Cintra-led consortium to finance, design, build, operate and maintain the express lanes on Interstate 66 Outside the Beltway. The project will transform this critical Northern Virginia artery to relieve congestion, improve safety and provide more predictable travel times. The project corridor extends approximately 22 miles along Interstate 66  from the Capital Beltway (I-495) to Gainesville (US Route 29). Once completed, the project will include three toll free general purpose lanes in each direction and two express lanes in each direction with a state-of-the-art open-road electronic toll collection system. Expanded transit service, park-and-ride lots and interchange enhancements will further improve travel along I-66. The project will also connect several shared use paths to create more multimodal options. As an innovative and efficient public-private partnership, this project will be completed at a $2.5 billion net savings for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Cintra Digital Unit

The Digital Business Unit is a newly created entity, fully owned by Cintra (Grupo Ferrovial), to generate value through the development and operation technology (apps, platforms etc) to bring new services to highway users in the digital world.
