Customer Service Representative (Rockville, MD)

Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (Upper Marlboro)
Do you like to be at the heart of operations? If you thrive on real-time plan execution, schedule management, problem-solving and accountability, this is the position for you. You'll be the central point of contact for our commercial customers, drivers and managers. Every day, you'll see your impact on service quality, safety and asset management. You'll be a key contributor to successful route execution using precision logistics tools. Starting pay $19-$20/hr.

Operations Supervisor (Rockville, MD; Upper Marlboro; Washington, D.C.)
Are you a hands-on, results-driven and collaborative operations professional? Do you have broad transportation, logistics or waste management expertise? You'll work closely with our Operations Director, Route Supervisors and Collections team to coordinate daily collections of food scraps for recycling, manage special projects, and achieve goals for safety, customer service and profitability.
